SMS Messaging Disclosure

 1. Program Description
By providing their mobile phone number to Integrated Project Resources, customers agree to receive conversational SMS and/or MMS messages related to:
• Service inquiries
• Ongoing services
• Appointment scheduling and reminders • Account notifications
• Billing or administrative matters
• Other business-related communications directly associated with the customer’s  relationship with the Company

The Company does not use SMS for unsolicited marketing or promotional purposes.

2. How Consent Is Obtained
Customers provide their mobile phone number directly to the Company through one or  more of the following methods:
• In-person interactions
• Service agreements or intake forms
• Direct communication with Company representatives
• Voluntary provision of contact information during the course of an existing business relationship

By voluntarily providing a mobile phone number, the customer affirms consent to receive SMS communications relevant to their relationship with the Company.

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on customer interaction, services requested, and account activity.

4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier and plan.  The Company is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.

5. Opt-Out Instructions
Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying: STOP Upon receiving a STOP request, the Company will promptly remove the number from  further SMS communications, except where required for administrative or legal purposes.

7. Privacy
The Company respects customer privacy. Mobile numbers and personal information will  not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
